Each mold tells a real story inspired by the country, culture and personality of the Pastry Chef. In this case, the Mount Chocolate Mold, signed by Philip Khoury, was inspired by the mountains of Lebanon.

Philip Khoury, an award-winning pastry chef and author, is known for his expertise in reformulating and reinventing classic desserts. Classically trained, Philip brings innovation to pastry by focusing on what he calls "the holy trinity" of dessert enjoyment: flavor, texture and refined presentation.
