Only if the answer to all those three questions is yes, the product goes to the next step, which involves rigorous food safety tests aimed at excluding the migration of harmful substances into food.


By using special software, you can create a digital three-dimensional preview of the product. With just a few clicks, you can make the necessary improvements and see the results in real time on the screen.


Later it moves to prototyping: you create a scale model of the product that is shown to consultants and end users. Their opinion help us to detect and correct any imperfections.


Only in this way you can design a product that suits the customer's real needs. We produce almost everything in-house or through our network of selected Italian suppliers.


This allows us greater control over each production stage and on the quality of the professional baking and pastry equipment. The careful selection of raw materials and the regular improvement of business processes represent further degrees of assurance as to its quality.
