Martellato Srl was born in the 1980s from an idea of its founder, but in reality its roots go back several years. Nereo Martellato, Alessandro's father, was deeply attached to the world of confectionery and baking. He appreciated the commitment and passion he felt when talking to an artisan, and with the same commitment and passion he sought solutions to their requests.
The products he created were born from a need noticed in a pastry shop, from a chat with a baker, from a glance in a workshop. In this way Nereo realised that professionals needed a wider range of articles.
Over the years the company grew and expanded
He enlarged the premises and increased production, creating numerous products dedicated to the pastry, ice-cream and ho.re.ca. sectors.
