The 3D egg mould, suitable for use on rotary machines.

The Egg 20 mould consists of two halves that are joined together with magnets, and are fitted with a steel plate on the long side of the mould to attach them to the machine's magnets.

The material chosen for the mould is polycarbonate, which is safe and suitable for contact with food. It guarantees a perfect result even with sophisticated shapes and sizes.

The idea comes directly from the Martellato designers with the support of the best chocolatiers. In the photos, the eggs in the different colours were decorated by master chocolatier Nicolas Nikolakopoulos.
