The 3D egg mould.

The Egg 20 mould consists of two halves joined by magnets, ideal for making 2 eggs. The material chosen for the mould is polycarbonate, which is safe and suitable for food contact. It guarantees a perfect result even with sophisticated shapes and sizes.

The idea comes directly from the Martellato designers with the support of the best chocolatiers. In the photos, the eggs in the different colours were decorated by master chocolatier Nicolas Nikolakopoulos.

Also available with a rotary machine attachment in the Spinning moulds section.
