The 3D egg mould, suitable for use on rotary machines.

The Egg 23 mould consists of two halves that join together with magnets, and have steel plates on the long side of the mould to attach them to the machine magnets.

The idea comes directly from Martellato designers with the support of top chocolatiers. In the photos, eggs in different colors were decorated by master chocolatier Nicolas Nikolakopoulos.
