Wish Happy Easter with the new "Happy Easter" egg.

The Happy Easter mould consists of two halves that are joined together with magnets, and have a steel plate on the long side of the mould to attach them to the machine magnets. In fact, this mould is suitable for use on rotary machines.

The idea comes directly from Martellato designers with the support of top chocolatiers. In the photos, eggs in different colors were decorated by master chocolatier Nicolas Nikolakopoulos.
