Adjustable stainless steel raplette that allows to spread and level in a fast, precise and uniform way soft dough and chocolate, also multilayer. Made of resistant stainless steel, the adjustable raplette gives the product the desired dimensions: the maximum spreading width is 40 cm, the thickness is variable from 0.1 to 1.8 cm.
