Plastic molds for making semifreddo desserts shaped like cake slices (40 mm high). The rigid material provides stability for greater precision during preparation and ease of handling during processing. The plastic semifreddo molds are easy to fill—even without a baking pan—and to smooth with a spatula to seal. Removal is easy even when the product is not fully frozen, and thanks to the acetate lining, glazing is not necessary. The product includes the bars and a tray of the corresponding size. Twelve individual slices make up a cake with a diameter of 24 cm.
