Plastic bars for the production of semi-frozen desserts in the shape of a slice of cake (height 40mm). The rigid material provides stability for greater precision in preparation and handling during processing. The plastic bars for semifreddo are easy to fill, even without a baking tray, and to spatula to close. Extraction is easy even when the product is not completely frozen and thanks to the acetate there is no need to frost. The product includes the bars and the tray of the corresponding size. 12 individual slices make up a cake with a diameter of 24cm.
To be combined with EM 16 extractor and TPG 16 pastry cutter, not included.
