World and Italian Champion of Chocolatery, finalist at the World Chocolate Master, Massimo Carnio is a chocolatier and pastry chef by passion. Ambassador Cacao Barry, he collaborates as a consultant with various companies in the pastry industry, as well as running the Villa dei Cedri pastry shop in Valdobbiadene (Treviso) with his wife. In 2018, he published his first book, Beats of Chocolate.
