Plastic bars for making individual desserts, Circle model (height 40mm). The rigid material provides stability for greater precision in preparation and manageability during processing. Plastic bars for semifreddos are easy to fill, even without a pan, and to spatulate for closure. Extraction is easy even with the product not completely frozen, and thanks to the acetate, frosting will not be necessary. Bars and tray of the corresponding size are included in the product.
For a production of 10 individual desserts 2 bars (17x40cm) are needed, for 15 single portions 3 bars (26x40cm) are needed, and for 35 7 bars (60x40cm) need to be combined.
