The plastic bars for semifreddo mignons are easy to fill, even without a tray, and to scoop out to close. It is easy to remove even when the product is not completely frozen and thanks to the acetate there is no need to frost. The product includes the bars and the tray of the corresponding size.
The bar for 32 individual desserts measures 20x40cm, the one for 48 individual desserts 30x40cm and the one for 96 individual desserts 60x40cm.
To be combined with EM 1 extractor and TPM 1 pastry cutter, not included.
