The plastic bars for semifreddo mignons are easy to fill, even without a tray, and to scoop out to close. The extraction is easy even with the product not completely frozen and thanks to the acetate it will not be necessary to frost. The product includes the bars and the tray of the corresponding size.
For a production of 32 mignons you need 2 bars (20x40cm), for 48 mignons you need 3 bars (30x40cm) and for 96 mignons you need 6 bars (60x40cm).
To be combined with ED 7 extractor and TPM 7 pastry cutter, not included.
