Plastic bars for the production of individual desserts, model Oval. The rigid material provides stability for greater precision in preparation and handling during processing. The plastic bars for parfaits are easy to fill, even without a tray, and to scoop out for sealing. Extraction is easy even when the product is not completely frozen, and thanks to the acetate there is no need to frost. The bars and tray of the corresponding size are included in the product.
For a production of 10 individual desserts you need 2 bars (17x40cm), for 15 single portions you need 3 bars (26x40cm) and for 35 you need 7 bars (60x40cm).
To be combined with EM 2 extractor and TPG 2 pastry cutter, not included.
