Extraction is easy even when the product is not completely frozen, and thanks to the acetate there is no need to frost. The product includes bars and a tray of the corresponding size.
For a production of 32 mignons you need 2 bars (20x40cm), for 48 mignons you need 3 bars (30x40cm) and for 96 mignons you need 6 bars (60x40cm).
