From a composition formed by 4 segments, Quartus was born, the praline that represents a quarter of a circle. The inspiration for the design came from the fascination of David's story, from the variety of work he has done in his career, each of which forms a quarter, but when joined together they all have a common denominator: chocolate.

An award-winning master chocolatier born in Barcelona. His career began at the age of 16 in the Santa Oliva chocolate factory. He later worked under Antonio Escrivá and as technical director at Ludomar, creative director at Chocolat Factory and currently runs his own school in Granollers (Barcelona) and his online school We Love Chocolate and Pastry. He is also known for his participation in MasterChef Spain.
