Plastic bars for making individual desserts, Rhombus model. The rigid material provides stability for greater precision during preparation and ease of handling during processing. These plastic bars for semifreddi are easy to fill—even without a baking pan—and to smooth with a spatula when sealing. Removing the dessert is easy even when the product is not completely frozen, and thanks to the acetate lining, glazing is not necessary. The product includes the bars and a tray of the corresponding size.
To make 10 individual desserts, you’ll need 2 bars (17x40 cm); for 15 single-serving portions, you’ll need 3 bars (26x40 cm); and for 35, you’ll need to place 7 bars side by side (60x40 cm).
To be used with the EM 6 extruder and TPG 6 dough cutter, not included.
