Extraction is easy even when the product is not completely frozen and thanks to the acetate there is no need to frost. The product includes the bars and the tray of the corresponding size.
For a production of 10 individual desserts you need 2 bars (17x40cm), for 15 single portions you need 3 bars (26x40cm) and for 35 you need 7 bars (60x40cm).
