Professional mould of the line ''I Microforati'' for baking, made of silicone and fibreglass with high quality materials. The micro-perforated texture, which allows the heat to spread evenly and the humidity to escape, reduces baking times and guarantees a perfect result, making work in the laboratory easier.

The line of silicone baking moulds ''I Microforati'' offers many shapes ideal for different preparations, both sweet and savoury, such as classic and modern tartlets, brioche and muffins. The creations will result perfectly crispy and with the perfect shape, without bubbles or sagging. The professional silicone moulds are also ideal for leavened products, shortcrust pastry and brisé. The material of which the silicone mould is made is non-stick and can be used on both sides, to prepare empty or already filled tartlets.

Plus: resistant to temperatures from -40°C (-40°F) to +230°C (+450°F), practical for demoulding, functional thanks to fast and humidity-free baking and versatile thanks to the possibility of using them on both sides.

Each package contains two 30x40cm moulds for 60x40cm trays. The productivity data refers to each individual mould and the measurements to the cavities.
