Plastic molds for making mini semifreddi, Square model. The rigid material provides stability for greater precision during preparation and ease of handling during processing. These plastic molds for mini semifreddi are easy to fill—even without a baking pan—and to smooth with a spatula when sealing. Removing the semifreddi is easy even when the product isn’t completely frozen, and thanks to the acetate lining, glazing isn’t necessary. The product includes the bars and a tray of the corresponding size.
To make 32 mini semifreddi, you’ll need 2 bars (20x40 cm); for 48 mini semifreddi, you’ll need 3 bars (30x40 cm); and for 96 mini semifreddi, you’ll need to place 6 bars side by side (60x40 cm).
