Professional cream siphon in stainless steel of 500ml or 1000ml, suitable for the quick preparation of whipped cream, mousse sponges, cakes, cold foams, sauces and for the garnishing of cappuccinos, coffee, ice-creams and cakes. The kit includes a bottle, a head with silicone gasket, 3 spouts and a steel capsule holder.
