Digital Meltinchoc melters are our digital melters. They are made of heat-resistant plastic material, with a removable stainless steel tank and lid and a temperature probe for regulating the chocolate temperature. The electronic board controls the internal heating element and the detection of the chocolate temperature via the external probe to optimise the achievement of the required result and to enable faster and more precise melting of the chocolate.
